Welcome to Tabletalk.Site (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you may not access the Services.

  1. Eligibility and Accounts

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older.
Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and using the Services.

  1. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. This includes, but is not limited to:

Violating any local, national, or international law or regulation.
Infringing upon the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
Transmitting any harmful content, such as viruses, malware, or other destructive code.
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or interfering with the proper working of the Services.
Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Services.
Uploading or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

  1. Payment and Refunds

Payment Terms: Payment terms for our Services are agreed upon during a live consultation and confirmed via email. All payments are due as per the agreed-upon schedule.
Payment Processing: We may utilize third-party payment processors to facilitate transactions. Their terms and conditions may also apply.
Failed Payments: We will make a maximum of three attempts to process any failed payments. If payment is not successful after three attempts, all Services will be suspended or terminated.
Refunds – One-Time Services: Due to the custom nature of our one-time services, refunds are provided at our discretion up to 50% of the total fee. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the initial payment.
Refunds – Recurring Services: We do not offer refunds for recurring monthly payments. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and the service will terminate at the end of your current billing cycle.

  1. Termination

Termination by You: You may terminate your use of the Services at any time.
Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services, without notice or liability, for any reason, including:
Breach of these Terms.
Failure to pay any fees due.
Your use of the Services is deemed harmful to us or to other users.
At our sole discretion, for any or no reason.

  1. Content

User Content: You retain all ownership rights in any content, data, or materials you submit to the Services (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
Content Monitoring: We are not obligated to monitor User Content, but we reserve the right to do so and to remove any User Content that we deem inappropriate or that violates these Terms.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Services and their content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof (the “Content”), are the property of Tabletalk.Site and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any of the Content without our express written permission.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Tabletalk.Site be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; or (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Tabletalk.Site and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers from and against any and all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating in any way to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Singapore.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Tabletalk.Site
